1. Corrosion Resistance: Surfaces treated with oxidation or coating can be used long-term in humid, dusty environments. Service life extended to over 10 years (compared to approx. 1-2 years for ordinary steel equipment).
2. Lightweight & High Strength: Aluminum alloy density is only 2.7g/cm³ (about 1/3 of steel), but compressive strength reaches 260MPa, facilitating handling and installation, with strong wind load resistance.
3. Thermal Insulation Performance: Heat generated during charging can be quickly conducted to the outside through the aluminum alloy shell structure and ventilation system. The structure itself has heat insulation and thermal preservation functions, stabilizing the internal temperature between 15-30°C, avoiding battery degradation due to high temperatures.
