The process starts with detailed communication with the customer. We collect information about application scenarios, structural requirements, load capacity, tolerances, surface treatment, and relevant standards to fully understand project needs.
Step 2: Profile Design and Drawing
Based on the confirmed requirements, our engineers and designers create the aluminum profile cross-section and prepare technical drawings. Design optimization is provided when needed to balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Step 3: Tooling and Mold Making
After drawing approval, a custom extrusion mold is developed. The mold is manufactured with high precision to ensure dimensional accuracy and stable production.
Step 4: Trial Extrusion and Testing
The mold is installed on the extrusion line for trial production. Sample profiles are checked for dimensions, surface quality, and structural performance to ensure they meet design specifications.
Step 5: Sample Approval
Qualified samples are sent to the customer for inspection and testing. Production moves forward only after customer confirmation and approval.
Step 6: Mass Production
Once samples are approved, the project enters mass production. Strict quality control is applied throughout the process to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.
